Checked BIOS and "loaded optimized default settings".Disabled Fast Startup in the Power Settings.I also checked with Intel, but they too have stopped supporting It has to be provided by Microsoft for Windows 10. Contacted Asus and they told me there is no dedicated USB driver from the manufacturer.

Same problem with Shutdown and Hibernate. The USB xHCI Compliant Host Controller " device cannot start (Code 10)" and had a yellow exclamation point.Īnd on the same day, my notebook would not go to sleep when I closed the lid (never had this problem) nor would it go to sleep when I hit the SLEEP button nor when I actually clicked on Sleep from the Start I noticed that both my USB ports stopped working. So a few days ago, my Asus Zenbook UX306UA (in otherwise excellent condition since I bought it a year ago) started acting weird.
